When can I take on more patients?
After completing Clinical 1.
Do I have to attend with my patient for the full day or just the appointment for Clinical 1?
You will be required to attend the full day but your patient is only required for the 60 minute appointment time.
How long does the Webinar last and can I use my iphone/ipad?
The webinar is normally planned for 1pm EST – 5pm EST and you can only use a PC/laptop as you will need the ClinCheck® software.

Your patient will only need to attend for their 60 minute appointment time. Remember to bring along your dental assistant.
You will need to attend your 60 minute appointment with your patient and also observe another two cases (60 minutes per case).
Does the cost of the training include my first case?
Your first case will be charged on top of the course fee. An invoice will be issued to you on the day we despatch the aligners to you.
Why do I need to send photos of the patient?
It is important that Southern Cross Dental assesses your patient prior to you attending the course to ensure they are a suitable candidate for Invisalign.
What should I charge my patient?
It is up to your discretion.
Where can I buy the materials that are used for Invisalign?
Log in to MySCD, go to the download centre and view the supplier list under Invisalign documents.
How much does it cost me for an Invisalign case?
